Vivo company brand announced the launch of the iQOO 9 Pro smartphone in 2022. The manufacturer is offering the Vivo iQOO 9 Pro phone with 6.78 inches display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 SoC chipset, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage capacity.

The Vivo iQOO 9 Pro comes with Android OS v12.0 out of the box, and a Li-Po 4700 mAh, non-removable battery. The 6.78 inches phone comes with AMOLED display (1440 x 3200 pixels).

The AMOLED is a display technology and stands for Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diodes, it is a type of OLED display and it is used in smartphones.

Design & Display

iQOO 9 Pro mobile was launched on 5th January 2022. The mobile phone comes with a 6.78-inch touchscreen display with a screen resolution of 1440×3200 pixels. iQOO 9 Pro is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 cpu pub processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The iQOO 9 Pro runs Android 12 and is powered by a 4700mAh battery.

iQOO 9 Pro 5G presents a 6.78 inches bezel-less AMOLED display that offers a high resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, pixel density of 518ppi and an aspect ratio of 20:9, producing stunning visuals. There is a punch-hole at the centre-top within which a selfie camera is placed. The inbuilt refresh rate is 120Hz.

On the performance side, The iQOO 9 Pro runs OriginOS Ocean is based on Android 12 and packs 512GB of inbuilt storage. The internal memory of Vivo iQOO 9 Pro (8 GB) cannot be expanded.

Camera

As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO 9 Pro on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera; a 50-megapixel camera, and a 16-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.

The camera of the iQOO 9 Pro is equipped with autofocus. An autofocus or optical system uses a sensor, a control system and a motor to focus on an automatically or manually selected point or area.
