Tecno Camon 19 Neo features a plastic body available in Eco Black, Ice Mirror, Dreamland Green. It features a similar rear camera design and placement that won the iF Design Award 2022 for the Tecno Camon 19 series with the dual-ring, triple camera setup.

The Tecno Camon 19 Neo comes with Android OS v12.0 out of the box, but it is upgradable to the next operating system. The IPS LCD display present in the Tecno Camon 19 Neo is built with a pixel density of 395ppi, aspect ratio of the 20:9, and resolution of 2460 x 1080 pixels.
