Nokia was once a very big brand in Nigeria, and as such when the brand makes a new release it is supposed to be very well accepted in the mobile market space. However, its not the case at present times because a lot of other brands are booming and the competition is vast in that aspect.
Still, HMD Global has launched the Nokia 8.1 Android Smartphone, and it runs on the latest Android 9.0 Pie. It is the latest Android Operating System, but the phone is powered by a mid-range processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC which puts it among the mid-range mobile device however you choose to look at it. Well, one of the most impressive feature, is that the Nokia 8.1 is equipped with HDR display and that i must say is pretty awesome.

The Nokia 8.1 mobile phone is made out of a fine soft anodized aluminum with a two-tone finish on the back and front. This gives the device it’s own sense of style and makes it unique too. It is also the successor to the mid-range Nokia 7 Plus, and the the global model of the Chinese Nokia X7 smartphone.
Regardless, the 6000-series aluminium frame is pretty much the average 8mm in thickness.
